Getting ready for summer

Lately, I’ve been focusing more on doing sports.
The fitness blogging has taken the blogging world by storm over the last couple of years and people have become more aware of the importance of health and wellbeing.
Well, I have to admit that I have often had times where I procrastinated and used all sorts of excuses as to why I can’t make it to go to the gym.
Just to mention one of my biggest weakness which I have – sweets. I think you all know exactly what I am talking about. Surprisingly, I managed to overcome my weaker self during the last couple of weeks. You know… summer is around the corner and I need to get in shape, quickly! I literally can’t wait for the sea, the sun, the beach… listening to the sound of waves, seagulls and be ablte to smell the scent of the sea… they always bring me in such a good mood and make me feel free and spend the days being outside.

Having a good weather around here definitely motivates me to do some exercise, indoor as well outdoor. So, in terms of work-out, I enjoy doing a mix of running, swimming, yoga and regular exercises such as squats and sit-ups. My goal is actually to be naturally fit as well as feel at ease, as things are often more clear after exercising, especially when you need to make a decision.

Talking about sports, me being me, I have to choose what I want to wear carefully. Sportswear-inspired styles are plentifuly nowadays. It has definitely become a big trend as it has worked their way towards women’s wear wardrobes in a major way. That is why I am happy to share with you today’s pictures which we have shot recently with Tezenis Sportswear #tezenisyoung at the new Danube river in Vienna, a great place for leisure activities.
