Patent leather is definitely one of the biggest trends this fall and winter. And personally for me, definitely a must in this season. While searching for the perfect model, I have found this amazing lace-up shoes from HÖGL, which you can combine perfectly to get many different styles, whether with a skirt, or dress or a suit. Unsurprisingly, I reach for these classics the most. Since I often dress casually, I decided to match them with my favorite high waist jeans and a oversized cashmere sweater. In this way, the overall look gives an elegant touch. What I love most about them is, that they are not only super trendy and elegant, but also totally comfortable. I travel quite often because of my job, and for that it´s even more important to wear easy shoes.
After a long period of waiting, H&M’s next big designer collaboration with Kenzo is finally hitting stores, as well as online shops, tommorrow. I was really looking forward to seeing this collection as I personally love the characteristic cult tiger motif and animal prints by the brand. Also, I wanted to see how the creative designers Carol Lim and Humerto Leon would integrate these into this very limited collection. Continue Reading
After a short but overwhelming trip to Rome, I have returned to Vienna. It was my first time ever to visit the city and I was all of a dither to discover it. Just to mention one thing – it was 26 degrees there! It felt simply incredible knowing it was the end of October and still being able to wear a summer dress. I feel like I am saying this quite often, but I am so intrigued by every new place I see. And I must admit that it was a long-awaited dream of mine which has finally came true! I can say freely now, that Rome is certainly one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen. There is so much charm and beauty in it, and I didn´t even manage to see everything. You could easily spend a month exploring the city and still not see everything. Continue Reading
it’s been a while since my last post . To be honest, I prefer writing on an article when I find my inspiration and have a big enough gap in my schedule. I get inspired by so many encounters along my journeys e.g. while travelling, interacting with people, reading other blogs, music, movies, and long walks in nature as it relaxes me and clears my mind.
Now, being back home, I found a quiet time to sit down, place my fingers on the keyboard and write about my insights from the fashion week. Continue Reading
Most of you guys know that my love for Paris is beyond what can be described by words. I can never get enough of this magical city! Every trip there gives me new, pleasant memories. In one of my previous articles, l have already shared with you favorite Parisiene hotspots – which you definitely need to discover if you still haven´t done it. And there is still so much to explore there. Needless to say that with every visit to Paris, Jen and I get to know new great spots as well as new people. Something like we did on an occasion last fall during Paris Fashion Week, where we met three stunning young women with totally different backgrounds, all with a big passion for fashion, beauty, travel and art, living the real Parisian life. Meeting them was utterly inspiring as they all had something special in common.
