To be part of the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne is probably the biggest honor for a high fashion designer. Especially when this designer is not French and not based in Paris. There are only two German design labels, which received the honor of being considered Haute Couturiers. One of them is Wunderkind by Wolfang Joop, and the other one is Talbot Runhof. Talbot Runhof is a German high fashion label based in Munich and showing in Paris.
Growing up around our family restaurant, we would always hang out there, watch the cooks preparing the meals for the guests, work side by side with our parents and enjoy lunch or dinner with our friends and family. The restaurant became sort of a second home to us. Sometimes, on our free days we would go to its kitchen and bake a cake. We had a sweet tooth and loved all kind of desserts. But the cheesecake has always ranked highest among our favorite sweets!

As some of you might have already seen, we collaborated with MAC Cosmetics during last PFW. We went backstage at Lanvin’s fashion show, where we got our make-up professionaly done by MAC Cosmetics Senior Artist Gisel Calvillo. Gisel evoked the classic French charm of an effortless feminine beauty with a look keyed by Make-up Artist Chriselle Cocquet. For our look Gisel was focusing on our eyes and lips while giving the skin a natural and healthy glow.
