Excited to share with you this boyish laid-back look today. Challenging gender standards has already been embraced in fashion for quite some time and there are many ways of pursuing it. Especially during the last couple of seasons the boyish girl look has totally captured my attention. I believe a woman should stick to her feminity and express it, however a cool pair of oversized jeans should also be a permanent component of woman’s wardrobe.
While participating the first Madonna Blogger Award last week, which we were really excited and honored to be part of, we met plenty of interesting people from the fashion scene who share the same passion and interests as we do. It’s incredible how Austria’ s fashion scene started to increase noticeably and bloggers’ effort getting more and more appreciated.
As far we are concerned, we are getting back into routine and since last days have turned colder again that put me in the mood of wanting to wear comfy and warm clothes. I bought this pair of slim boyfriend jeans from H & M while I was living in Madrid. Honestly, it’s always a challenge for Jen and me to find the proper length of trousers and jeans :D. That’s the thing we really love about H & M since they offer different lengths which many other fast-fashion brands are lacking. I combined the jeans with a braid pullover, a black wooly hat and paired them with black slip-ons and the Rocco Duffel from Alexander Wang, which is my absolute favourite bag. It’s quite simple and the golden-rose studds add to a of little rock’n’roll look. The pebbled leather and the rose-gold hardware contribute to that perfect touch of luxury and finesse. The good thing about the bag is that you can carry it in three ways: on your forearm, your shoulder and across your body; and I always like to alternate. Hope you guys will enjoy this look!
