COS X HAY

by Jen

Last weekend we were invited to the re-opening of the COS store in Vienna – Neubaugasse, which additionally celebrated the brilliant collaboration with Danish  design house HAY.
For several years now the two brands, which are known for their minimalistic aesthetics, have been working together intensively. HAY’s furniture, mostly rails and items that create lifestyle spaces, have been in use in COS stores for couple of years already. Another crucial factor for teaming up is the fact that COS clients are very interested in interior design.
On the second floor of the store one can find a selected range of different items displayed amongst items of the COS Autumn/Winter 2015 collection, inspired by the Japanese Mona Ha movement.

Our customers have a keen interest in interior design and we felt it was the right time to offer alternative products that complimented our clothing collections. We made sure we selected items from across the HAY range so that there’s something for every room, occasion and price point, we like to describe it as HAY seen through the eyes of COS.” Martin Andersson, Head of Design, COS
