Black Elegance

by Des

It’s officially the Fashion Week month and I have been very busy lately because it always requires such a detailed organization and there are so many things happening at the same time.  Being a blogger requires lot of spontaneity… but to be honest, I love keeping myself busy, knowing that I constantly make valuable contribution towards things I am passionate about. Dreams don’t work unless you do! And even more… I love expecting (sometimes) the unexpected and enjoying the moments filled with an adrenaline rush. These makes things pretty exciting!

So, staying true to my habits I have had pretty active weeks, and it is only the middle of it.

Almost two weeks ago Jen and I have devoted ourselves to the MQ Vienna Fashion Week.

While attending some of the shows and events, we also had the honour to exclusively walk for Fulani‘s “Pieces Of Me” Collection. It is named after a heavy-hearted movie while each piece of the collection recreates a scene from different movies. There will even be a backstage video! More on that will be revealed soon on our blog!

The fun continues, so during the next couple of weeks Jen and I will be travelling to Milan and Paris for the Fashion Week. Those moments are getting closer as I type! And I can hardly wait! There’s truly nothing more exciting than travelling and exploring the spirit of a city, leaving behind where you came from and indulging in that feeling of belonging everywhere and anywhere at the same time.

I believe that there are people who never feel the urge to leave their home city, and there´s the rest of us, the ones that are born to travel, the ones that can never get enough of exploring. I am definitely one of the later ones! In order to bring those feelings closer to you, to visualise them, I chose to post these photos. The photos you see have been shot during a late summer day.

I picked a very special black jumpsuit from H & M since it´s different from the typical jump suits, most of all because it is backless and has cape details which I combined with black heels from H & M and my black velvet Monogram bag from Saint Laurent. Jen chose a black dress with fringes and red heels both from H & M.

Finally, I hope you guys will enjoy these images we prepared and, naturally, that you love the looks!
